Superior Court of Alameda County, California
Berkeley Unified rolled out a new Israel/Palestine ethnic-studies curriculum and refused to share the materials with parents. After a public-records fight, the curriculum was released and JCAC sued on behalf of an Israeli-American student taught the anti-Israel materials.

Four Bay Area high schools cancelled a scheduled talk by openly gay Muslim journalist Luai Ahmed after organized pressure from anti-Israel groups. JCAC sued for viewpoint-based cancellation.

JCAC's PRA requests for SMUHSD's ethnic-studies curriculum went unanswered. After the verified petition was filed, the district provided online access to roughly 20 courses of 2023–24 ethnic-studies material.
